My Favourite Hobby 📚

 

My hobby is reading books. I think reading books is a very good habit. You may have heard the motto, "Reading makes the man whole." Reading books gives you additional knowledge and mental health. But because there are two parts of books that are suitable for reading and books that are not suitable for reading, we should always make sure that we only read books that can improve our knowledge attitude.

I usually prefer to read translated books. Because the techniques used to appreciate the realism of its content are very high. Among them, my favorite writer is "Enid Blyton". I have read many books written by her and translated into Sinhala.

The translated book I am reading these days is Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's The Black Tiger of Brazil (බ්‍රසීලයේ කළු කොටියා). It consists of a story series of thrillers and mysteries. It has been translated into Sinhala by Mr. Ananda Amarasinghe who is a skilled translator. So I tell everyone to make reading books a hobby in your life because it is the best place to seek knowledge
